INGREDIENTS:

White fish fillets (50%), water, wheat flour, soybean oil, potato starch, yellow corn flour, sugar, salt, whey powder, raising agents (e541, e500ii, e450i), thickeners (e415, e412), yeast, modified corn starch (e1420), yeast extract

Ingredients containing allergens:  Contains: Fish, Wheat, Soybean. May also contain traces of Crustacean, Molluscs, Milk, Egg, Tree nuts, Sesame & Sulphites.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook from frozen. Do not thaw product.

Deep fry
Preheat vegetable oil to 180ºC
80g – Fry for 4½-5 minutes
110g – Fry for 6-6½ minutes
140g – Fry for 6-6½ minutes

Shallow fry
Preheat 5mm of vegetable oil to a medium heat.
80g – Fry in pan for 5 minutes each side
110g – Fry in pan for 6 minutes each side
140g – Fry in pan for 6-7 minutes each side

Oven bake
Preheat oven and rack or tray to 220ºC
80g – Bake for 7-8 minutes each side
110g – Bake for 8 minutes each side
140g – Bake for 9-10 minutes each side

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep frozen. Store at/or below -18ºC
