COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook from frozen. Do no thaw product.
Deep fry
Preheat vegetable oil to 180ºC
Fry for 2 minutes, until golden brown.
Shallow fry
Preheat 5mm vegetable oil to a medium heat.
Fry for 2 minutes each side, until golden brown.
Oven bake
Preheat the oven and dish or tray to 230ºC
Bake near the top of the oven for 6 minutes each side, until golden brown.
Grill
Preheat grill and rack.
Grill on high for 3 minutes each side, until golden brown.
Turn several times.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen. Store at/or below -18ºC.
